Corporate VP of Facility Design and Management with Centerplate, Inc., Senior VP and General Manager of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center for more than a decade, Director of Operations for Ogden Entertainment, Director of Plant Operations for the National Broadcasting Company (NBC), and twice named one of the "Top 100 - Most Influential" people in the trade show industry by Trade Show Week Magazine, Myles McGrane is a known and highly regarded business strategist.

Among many accomplishments characterizing his career:

Javits Center : His leadership led to a remarkable business turn around; a notable reform of labor unions, new services added and the establishment of a sustainable business model emphasizing high occupancy. Results: The Javits Center, under his tenure, operated with an annual budget surplus for thirteen consecutive years. No other convention center in the country has a comparable record.

Centerplate, Inc.: Oversight of design and construction inclusive of concept and detailed design, contractor selection and project management, Centerplate's team completed $15 million in 2008 projects alone. These included a 7,000 sq. ft catering kitchen in the Vancouver Convention Centre, a new restaurant in the San Diego Convention Center, renovation of the food courts at the Orange County Convention Center (FL) and the Miami Beach Convention Center, and the rebuilding of 42 concession stands at the University of Alabama's football stadium. The design and execution of these projects contributed in a material way towards attaining these accounts as long term clients.          

As a graduate of the US Naval Academy with a degree in Naval Science (Engineering), Myles McGrane served as a Navy Pilot. He also obtained a Masters of Science in City Planning from the University of Tennessee. His scholastic record gives him a solid foundation.
