I employed Myles in 1995 as the key leader of the Javits turn around team. He took responsibility for the detailed administration and implementation of the turn around plan, as well as providing expertise and negotiation strength to the creation of the landmark labor contracts that totally changed the cost and operating structure of one of the most poorly administered convention centers in the world.

Myles went on as General Manager to implement the changes and create a cost effective, user friendly environment for everyone to do business and attain profitability.
